Dean Gomez opened the mortgage division of Cardinal Brokerage in the mid 1990’s and with the help of an experienced staff has sustained success for over a decade.  Mr. Gomez is a graduate of Central Catholic Marianist High School in San Antonio and went on to receive his Bachelors Degree at The University of Texas in San Antonio.  Dean stays current with the ever-changing mortgage industry by staying in touch with agencies such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and other mortgage professionals across the United States.  He lives by the philosophy that, “In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity”.
